She married Mitchell Fite in 1867 (Pension #20399). She had one child named Mrs. Avo Dobbs. Rebecca entered the Confederate Home on December 21, 1929 from Forth Worth, Texas. She died on August 9, 1937 at the age of 88 years, 6 months , and 21 days.
