MILLSAPS, KATE NORFLEET (1864 ~ 1943). Confederate widow Kate Millsaps was born on May 5, 1864 in Henderson, Texas. She was born to Newton W. Norfleet and her mother's last name was Guthrie.

She married William T. Millsaps, a Confederate veteran, at an unknown time. There is evidence that she had a number of children, however their names are unknown.

She died on June 1, 1943 and was buried at the Texas State Cemetery.
