Jane Richardson Tannehill

TANNEHILL, JANE RICHARDSON (1803~1855) Jane Richardson Tannehill was born June 30, 1803. She married Jessie Cornelius Tannehill in 1823 near Nashville, Tennessee. They came to Texas in 1827 and settled near Caney in Matagorda County. They had seven children. Jane Tannehill died January 17, 1855. She was reinterred in the State Cemetery in 1965.
