FULGHAM, HELEN JONES (1917-1987) Mrs. Fulgham was born in Ballinger, Texas on January 13, 1917 to Morgan Jones and Jessie Wilder Jones.  She was a graduate of Abilene High School, Ward Belmont and Southern Methodist University where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority.  She married Cecil Everett Fulgham, a fellow SMU student, in 1939.  She was a member of the Junior League, PEO, First United Methodist Church of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and the Horseshoe Bay Chapel, Horseshoe Bay, Texas.  She died on January 25, 1987 in Austin, Texas and was buried in the State Cemetery on January 27, 1987 next to her husband, Cecil Everett Fulgham.
