JAMES, GEORGIA POULOS (1924~) Georgia Poulos James was born July 4, 1924 in Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas to Nicholas Peter and Audrey Elizabeth Kelley Poulos. Growing up in Northeast Texas, Mrs. James attended Texarkana High School, the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a BBA and a M. Ed., and the University of Arizona at Tucson. Mrs. James has spent her career working as an accountant.
