PENDLETON, FRANCES ANN GUILLET (1936~) was born on September 30, 1936 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas to Henry F. and Bernice Pendleton. Mrs. Pendleton attended Andrews High School and Texas Tech University. After graduating from college, Mrs. Pendleton taught school for a number of years until recent retirement.
