LLOYD, CLIFFORD JACK (1936 ~ 2023). The following is an obituary for Clifford Llloyd, spouse of former Texas House Member Barbara Rusling Lloyd. The obituary was provided by Lake Shore Funeral Home and Crematory of Waco. 

Clifford Jack Lloyd, 86, a longtime resident of China Spring, passed away January 19, 2023.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, February 5, at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco.

Jack was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Sylvia Scarborough Lloyd, in 2005.

He married Barbara Rusling Lloyd in 2009, and she survives him. He is also survived by his daughters, Kathleen Mocio and Kelly Sparkman and their husbands, children and grandchildren. He is survived by three stepsons, Keith Wieser, Steve Wieser and Dr. Eric Wieser, and their wives and children.
